One of Perfumery's most important botanicals over the centuries has been the Bitter Orange Tree. The peels expel Bitter Orange Oil, the leaves and twigs (sometimes with blossoms) produce Petitgrain Oil, and the flowers are responsible for Neroli (steam distilled) and Orange Blossom Absolute (solvent extracted).
